As I maintain one of my blog as a service to provide and collecting information about new jobs vacancies, i got one vacancy that make me curious and interested, so i then follow the link and bring me to the web site http://www.thesmartcrowd.com which is describe as a bussiness proccess crowdsourcing or in simple word an outsourcing company that using the latest cloud computing system.
As i have been interested to the type of work and fortunately there is a vacancy which is list my country as my current living (indonesia) , i applied as an internet assesor contractor/consultant.
After entering some basic information, when i confirm the application/proposal, the lionbridge sent me some statement that need to be understand and confirmed before i enter the assesment program to qualify for such position as internet assesor contractor in my arranged time as a freelancer.
There are some statement need to be confirmed, such as:
A) The first attachment is our Consulting Agreement. The Consulting Agreement
highlights a number of points which will need to read carefully and accept
before application can be proceed further.
All the information is explained under these headings:
- Scope of Work,
- Payment of Services,
- Non Disclosure and Trade Secrets,
- Ownership of Work Product,
- Warranty,
- Termination,
- Compliance with Applicable Laws and Independent Contractor.
An important section of the Consulting Agreement is the Non Disclosure/Confidentiality section and
this is to ensure that the contractor will not :
- communicate sensitive information about the project to third parties, etc.
As a note that the consulting agreement constitutes an agreement between applicant as the consultant and Lionbridge the company.
By accepting the terms of the agreement, applicant as the consultant are agreeing to adhere to terms of the program whilst working with Lionbridge as an independent contractor.
Breach of any of the terms & conditions on the part of the consultant may result in removal from
the program.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any stage with notice of 1 day.

This is composed of Frequently Asked Questions and answers about recruitment process.
This should be read carefully to confirm any doubts .

C) The third attachment is the Search Waiver Document.
This will need to read carefully.
and will also need to accept the terms of this document in order to proceed with the application.
the study material and exam details will be received when:
- Accepted the Terms & Conditions of the program
- Accepted the Rate of Pay
- Accepted the Terms & Conditions of the Consulting Agreement
- Accepted the Terms & Conditions of the Search Waiver
- Confirmed that the applicant are resident In Country for a minimum of 5 years
- Set up a Gmail Account
These are the steps that must be completed before enter the exam.
the applicant will only become an Internet Assessor for Lionbridge when you pass the exam.
If the applicant unsuccessful in the exam re-apply for this role will not work/blocked.
